Is sgminer seeing the GPUs? Very important. If sgminer sees your GPUs, then mining should work with the default profiles. Most likely if your GPUs are seen here but mining is not working, it is a conf error, network or pool issue.. Try default conf with del command, or use pimp --debug 1 to look at the miner screen directly in the debug mode to get more information.
